WORLD CUP QUALIFIERS: Osibanjo Visits super eagles and Falcons Camps.



All 23 players invited by Super Eagles’ Technical Adviser, Gernot Rohr for Saturday’s 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifying match against Algeria have now arrived for the big match.

The Vice President of Nigeria  Yemi Osinbajo says Nigeria has all it takes to win the match against Algeria but assures the players everything will be in place for the game.

He stated this  during his visit to the Super Eagles training session while preparing for  their match against Algeria in Uyo.

The vice-president of Nigeria , Yemi Osibanjo assures the Super Eagles that the Government and people of Nigeria are behind the players in their quest to qualify for the World Cup and he believes that they will  certainly pick the ticket from their group to make it to the World Cup finals.

The Minister of Youths and Sports development expresses  his gratitude to the vice-president  and says despite the challenges in the federation the team will go on strong.

Apart from Belgium's defender Elderson Echiejile that is still making his way to the camp as at Tuesday evening, the Coach and his assistants put the players through their paces twice on during the training.

The President of the Nigeria Football Federation says the players are all set and fit to claim the three points at stake.

The players  in camp are goalkeepers Daniel Akpeyi, Ikechukwu Ezenwa and Dele Alampasu; defenders Abdullahi Shehu, Musa Muhammed, Leon Balogun, William Paul Ekong, Kenneth Omeruo, Uche Agbo and Kingsley Madu; midfielders Mikel John Obi, Ogenyi Onazi, John Ogu, Wilfred Ndidi and Oghenekaro Etebo and; forwards Victor Moses, Brown Ideye, Alex Iwobi, Kelechi Iheanacho, Moses Simon, Odion Ighalo and Ahmed Musa.

Nigeria looks sharp and certainly will  subdue the Fennecs of Algeria  in Uyo.
